  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

1.2 Condition

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

1.3 Exclusions

  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

2.1 Submit a Return Request

2.2 Receive Authorization

  • You’ll be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

2.4 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.

 

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the return.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

3.2 Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original item per the steps above and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to availability.

3.3 Partial Refunds
